Yume Mochizuki (望月ゆめ Mochizuki Yume?) is the author of The Princess of Flowers and Noble Academy's Headmistress. She is known to be a gentle and kind lady that cares about the others' dreams.

She first appears in Episode 18. She is holding an autograph event to celebrate the 50th anniversary of her book, the Princess of Flowers. This is her first public appearance after writing the book.
Haruka finally meets her and asks what happens with the flower princess. She says she can't answer that because she doesn't intend to write an ending. After being asked again, she explains her reasons for not writing another book.
Later, together with Yui and the visitors, she is trapped inside a despair panel by Twilight and her despair is used to defeat the Princess Pretty Cure. After being freed, she meets Cure Flora after waking up. Flora greets her and goes away.
She is revealed to be the headmistress of Noble Academy in the end of the episode.
